New item. 3d printed replacement This is the gear that connects to the motor The issue you can fix here is when you try to feed paper and there is a loud noise that something is working but the shredder gears are not shredding any paper (not moving at all) This assembly does not require other tools than screwdrivers While dismantling you need to take the metal shaft out first (you will need to apply a bit of a lever with a screwdriver to extract it). After that take out only the loose gears same as in the picture. The bigger plastic gear needs to be tilted up from the right in order to take it out. While assembling the back cover back together again you will not have to use any force. If it does not fit it means the metal shaft is not sitting inside properly (try putting it in the back cover first instead of its socket inside the gear). Other than that I did not have any problems during assembly. If you want to test anything there is an end stop located on the side (pictured). You can trigger it with a flathead screwdriver.
