EU (without UK): 3-5 days
UK and other countries: 1-2 weeks
Delivery cost: approx. 40PLN regardless of weight and quantity ordered to all of the countries apart from Poland (international shipping)
15PLN for Poland (domestic shipping)
Service used: DPD (EU only), The Post Office (Global Express service) other countries
Order confirmation:
After placing your order, you will receive an email with your order number and details. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and tracking link. Additionally, we will notify you via email upon delivery of your order.

Lost packages:
If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please:
- Verify the shipping address.
- Check all possible delivery locations at your residence.
- Ask neighbours or family members if they accepted the package.
- Contact your local post office with your tracking number to initiate a claim.
If you package is officially declared lost, contact me immediately with your order number. I will either reship your order or provide a refund based on your preference.
