I do not charge for designing This listing is for the gear only, not the shaft How to install: - Get a 4 mm drill and run it all the way through the gear gently. You can start from either side - Put soft grip attachment on the vice to avoid any scratches (optional) - Put the shaft in a vice and gently slide the gear from the top. Once it gets to resistance hold pliers same as in the picture and gently tap on them with a hammer. Do it carefully and slowly. The gear needs to touch the edge of the next step on the shaft. - once the gear is all the way in leave the whole assembly in the sun for a few hours so the gear can fully harden. The gear is supplied slightly soft to ensure it fits properly onto the shaft and the teeth grip it but once that is done it needs to be fully hardened
