Brand new odometer repair gear set designed to fix non-working mileage counters in BMW instrument clusters.

This set includes:

• Gear 1: 12 teeth (drive gear)
• Gear 2: 43x16 teeth
• Gear 3: 39x28 teeth

Compatible with VDO electronic speedometers (240 km/h) calibrated in KM/H (European specification).

🚗 Compatibility

Fits BMW models equipped with VDO clusters, including:

• BMW E30: 316i, 318i, 320i
• BMW E34: 520i

⚠️ Important: Fitment depends on internal gear configuration, NOT only vehicle model.

• Remove the instrument cluster and inspect the gears physically
• Vehicle model alone is NOT sufficient for correct selection

🛠️ Why Do Odometers Fail?

In most cases, failure is caused by cracked or worn plastic gears, which stop the mileage counter.

💡 Installation Recommendation

We strongly recommend replacing all gears as a complete set:

• Old gears become brittle over time
• Replacing only one gear often leads to another failure shortly after
